Cheese Knife has a high fired ceramic handle and a serrated stainless steel blade.
Hand wash the board and cheese knife with warm, soapy water and dry immediately. Do not immerse the board in water or put in the dishwasher. Stand the board on end until completely dry to avoid warping. Treat often with our Cutting Board Oil to maintain the beauty of the wood.
